Professionally landscaped

The mill stream runs the full length of the long boundary.
The garden has been professionally landscaped and terraced down to the mill stream which has several cascades.

It has a lawn and beds planted with trees, flowering shrubs and plants. The terracing is of local stone and Cotswold chippings.

Wildlife
The mill stream is home to dippers and wild ducks as well as trout.

There is a hard-surface driveway sufficient to park several cars. Close to the house are five large oak-framed raised beds which form a kitchen garden.
